Client Cannot Pay the Invoice
Possible causes:
- Stripe outage
- Card declined
- Bank blocking the payment
Solution: Ask the client to:
- Try another card
- Contact their bank
- Attempt payment again
Invoice Shows Unpaid but Client Says They Paid
Possible causes:
- Stripe processing delay
- Webhook delay
- Payment pending
Solution: Wait several minutes and refresh the invoice. If the issue persists, check Stripe payment logs.
