Client Cannot Pay the Invoice

Possible causes:

  • Stripe outage
  • Card declined
  • Bank blocking the payment

Solution: Ask the client to:

  • Try another card
  • Contact their bank
  • Attempt payment again

Invoice Shows Unpaid but Client Says They Paid

Possible causes:

  • Stripe processing delay
  • Webhook delay
  • Payment pending

Solution: Wait several minutes and refresh the invoice. If the issue persists, check Stripe payment logs.
