Understanding the Pipeline in Detail

The Picture Lock pipeline is the core operational view of the platform.

Each card in the pipeline represents either:

• A video deliverable
• A payment milestone
• A placeholder deliverable defined in a proposal

This design allows creators to see both completed and planned work in one view.

Pipeline Stages

Draft Proposal

The proposal exists but has not yet been sent. Visible only to the creator.

Proposal Sent

The proposal has been delivered to the client but has not yet been accepted.

Possible actions:

• Resend proposal
• Edit proposal
• Cancel proposal

Proposal Accepted

The client has approved the proposal. At this stage:

• The proposal converts into a project
• Paypoints activate
• Invoices are generated
• Deliverables appear in the pipeline

Production

The project is currently being worked on. Typical actions:

• Uploading drafts
• Internal editing
• Communicating with client

Delivered

A video has been uploaded and delivered to the client. The client can:

• Preview the video
• Leave notes
• View invoice status

However, downloads may still be locked until payment.

Awaiting Payment

The deliverable is complete but payment has not been received. The client must complete payment before:

• Download access is granted
• The pipeline advances to Paid

Paid

The invoice has been paid. The client can:

• Stream the video
• Download the video
• Leave revision notes
