Sending a Proposal

When you send a proposal to a client:

1. The client receives a link.
2. They can review project details.
3. They can approve or reject it.

Once Approved

• The proposal becomes a project
• Invoices are activated
• The project appears in the pipeline

Draft Proposals

If the proposal is not sent, it remains a draft. Draft proposals do not appear in the pipeline.
