Client Workflow

This section explains what the client experiences when interacting with Picture Lock.

After Receiving a Proposal

When a client receives a proposal, they can:

• Review the scope of work
• Review deliverables
• Review payment structure
• Approve the proposal

Once approved, the project begins.

Client Video Library

Clients have a personal video library that contains all videos delivered by creators.

Videos appear in two states:

Locked

• Blurred preview
• Download disabled
• Payment required

Unlocked

• Playback enabled
• Download enabled
• Notes enabled

Client Notes & Feedback

Clients can leave comments directly on videos. These notes may include:

• Timestamps
• Revision requests
• Clarification questions

Editors and creators can review and respond to these notes.
